How can I order your products?

If you are in Canada, you can contact our list of Canadian retailers directly on the appropriate products page. Otherwise, please call or email us with the product description and product number (if listed), and we should get back to you in 24hrs (excluding weekends). You also can pick up items at our warehourse, and we process payments over the phone or in person.

Can I personalize an item?

It depends on the item. Please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your request!
Can I wash your sheepskin products?

Yes! You can launder our products in a gentle cycle for 3min using a mild detergent. Rinse in cold water and spin out water. Avoid direct heat when drying. Use the fluff or delicate cycle on the dryer, or line dry (stretch the lambskin out) away from direct sunlight. Do not use pre-soak enzymes or harsh detergents.
Is sheepskin flammable?

Sheepskin is a fire-retardant material, as approved by the United States Federal Aviation Authority (FAA). Our sheepskin has also been successfully tested by the Retail Research Foundation in Toronto.
